This workshop prepares you for the birth of a baby following a previous caesarean birth. It is evidence-based and will leave you feeling confident, empowered and educated about birthing this time round. You and your partner will learn how to ensure you have all the information needed to make decision during labour and birth and how your birth partner can support you.
Topics include:
- Preparing a birth plan
- Risks & benefits & options
- Informed decision making
- The support role of the partner
Fee includes:
- Class materials and handouts

Be prepared for class
9.50am: arrive at least 10mins before class and join the group in Heart Room.
4 hours of teaching excluding break times at 11.20am and 1pm in the Creacon café.
